Job Description

- Dutco Construction LL - Leading Building Contractor

Many of the country’s highways, tunnels and bridges have been engineered and built by us, allowing the use of our in-house asphalt, concrete, plant, and machinery.

For almost 50 years we have built a strong and loyal client base across both the public and private sectors whilst working on the UAE’s iconic projects.

We are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant that will be involved in a number of areas for HR, dealing with Administration, duties will include:

1. Preparing internal employee correspondence such as; Salary & Experience Certificates, NOC’s etc

2. Preparing internal correspondence for employees who are leaving the business.

3. Preparing and submitting Workmen Compensation Claims

4. Regular follow-up on Workmen Compensation Claims

5. Maintaining HR Trackers, related to workload

6. Dealing with employee queries.

7. Organizing office equipment and inventory.

8. Providing general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and printing

9. Supporting HR team with other workloads

10. Any other duties as required by Line Manager or Head of HR

Desired Candidate Profile

1. UAE/MOFA Attested University Degree in any related fields

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

3. At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience working from construction companies is an advantage

4. Immediate joiners will be prioritized
