Job Description

Managing the Day to Day operations of Cafm on Site .
Implement Cafm processes, analyze data and reporting procedures


Desired Candidate Profile

1.Manage the day to day operations of CAFM on site
2.Generation of Reports to be sent to the engineers
3.Report Analysis and coordinating with site team.
4.Ensure all CAFM processes are being implemented by ground team
5.Ensure that Reactive, Corrective, Proactive & Planned maintenance are achieved
6.Coordinate with Helpdesk team to process the Tasks
7.Performs Asset management, Location management & maintenance planning
8.Attending Client meetings to discuss reports and requirements
9.Coordination with Central CAFM team for all client & site requirements
10.Prepare dashboard, Reports and any additional data as and when required
