Role Purpose: Dutco Construction Group started operations in the United Arab Emirates in the 1970s. We employ more than 10,000 people, making us one of the largest construction companies in the region with an extensive track record in large-scale projects including power stations, reservoirs, hotels, airport infrastructure and port development. DBB Contracting LLC is looking to recruit experienced Senior Engineer to work on , this is across Marine projects. Project are valued between AED 100m to 300m. We require experienced Senior Engineer, who have on similar valued Projects, for a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Duties will include: 1. Managing and execution of technical aspects for construction of Marine structures like quay wall, revetment, breakwaters, marine piles installation, excavation, filling etc. 2..Ensure all work activities are in conformance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications and method statements . 3.Interact with quality, HSE, Independent Testing Laboratory and Subcontractors for ensuring that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements are being complied. • 4.Prepare and submit the Method statements including Risk assessment and job hazard analysis 5. Liaises with QA/QC Engineer & HSE Officer to fulfill the Quality & safety requirements of the project 6. Ensure that the required inspection and tests are carried out, and completing records of successful completion of works and approvals for hold and witness points identified on the Inspection and Test Plan 7. Ensure material and equipment’s are requisitioned on time and in correct quantities 8. Monitor Non-Conformance's if any are closed and taking timely preventive and corrective actions, necessary liaison with QA/QC and HSE department. 9. Maintain As Built records and ensuring this is reflected on the drawings as work progresses 10. All other duties that fall into the role of a Senior Engineer

DBB Contracting LLC is looking to recruit experienced Design Engineering Coordinator to work in our Marine Projects, project value exceeding 150million AED. Duties will include: 1. Managing the technical aspects for construction of Marine structures like quay wall, revetment, breakwaters, marine piles installation, excavation, filling etc. 2. Coordinating with technical teams and ensuring that construction work meets the standards and project specification. 3. Design review and provide the detailed technical drawings, review technical submissions in accordance with project specifications. 4. Giving technical support to project management to evaluate any variation requests. 5. Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process internally. 6. Monitoring the implementation of all technical activities. 7. Ensure adequate support to project management Team in defining, monitoring and updating project execution plans 8. Negotiating, coordinating and liaising with suppliers to ensure that all specifications and deliveries are being met on time and on budget.

Role Purpose: Dutco Interiors are looking to recruit experienced QAQC Manager to work on Major Fit-Out Projects, across Retail and Leisure. Project value exceeding 50 million AED. Duties are as follows: 1. Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. 2. Lead workplace safety through prevention, instruction, and random inspection. 3. Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs. 4. Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies. 5. Visit sites and advise on quality input for the work winning process. 6. Create, supervise, and maintain Quality Management policies and procedures by project standard requirements

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution. 3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. 4. Ensure resource availability and allocation. 5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. 6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. 7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. 8. Report and escalate to management as needed. 9. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Role Purpose: We are looking to recruit experienced Estimator - Joinery to work on Major Fit-Out Projects, across Retail and Leisure. Project values are in excess of AED 50m. We required experienced Estimator - Joinery , who will perform the following duties: 1. Specialized Estimation - Prepare detailed joinery estimates, including material, labor, and overhead costs. 2. Market Analysis - Conduct market research specific to joinery materials, labor costs, and industry trends. 3. Project Support - Provide joinery expertise in fit-out projects across various sectors like commercial buildings, hotels, retail, etc. 4.Team Support - Assist the Estimation Team in integrating joinery costs into overall project estimates. 5. Stakeholder Liaison - Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and clients specialized in joinery for pre-tender and post-tender meetings. 6. Technical Expertise - Offer specialized insights into joinery work, materials, and techniques. 7. Site Visits - Conduct site visits to assess joinery requirements and challenges. 8.Budget Preparation - Assist in preparing and monitoring the joinery budget within the overall project budget. 9. Quality Focus - Work to improve the quality and profitability of joinery work. 10. Risk Assessment - Evaluate risks specific to joinery work and incorporate them into the overall estimation. 11. Software Utilization - Use specialized software for joinery estimation tasks. 12. Reporting - Update management and stakeholders on the status of joinery estimates. 13. Benchmarking - Maintain records of past joinery projects for future reference. 14. Change Management - Adapt joinery estimates in response to changes in project scope or market conditions. 15. Vendor Management - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors specialized in joinery.
