Job Description

Responsible for all Facilities Management procedures and delivering all contractual obligations with the
clients. Overall responsibility of full resources, Health and Safety Procedures


Desired Candidate Profile

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Undertakes full responsibility on all FM procedures.
2. Undertakes full responsibility on all Health and Safety procedures.
3. Undertakes full responsibility on all contractual obligations being met and surpassed.
4. Undertakes full final responsibility on all site risk assessments and method statements.
5. Undertakes full responsibility on all specialist contractors.
6. Undertakes full responsibility on commercial on site procedures while working under the
guidance of the Commercial Department.
7. Undertakes full client involvement and public relation duties.
8. Undertakes full responsibility of staff competencies.
9. Undertakes full responsibility on all staff training requirements.
10. Undertakes full budgetary responsibility on site finances.
11. Any other duties as allocated and as necessary to complete the scope of works by the
immediate superior.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Accountable to all FM procedures being delivered to the contractual agreements
2. Accountable for all Health and Safety plans being up to date assessed and verified on a regular
basis.
3. Accountable for KPIs and SLAs not being met as contractually agreed.
4. Accountable for non-conformity within the scope of work concerned in the contractual
agreements
5. Accountable for all staff being of the correct technical ability required.
6. Accountable for all well-being of staff on the site.
7. Accountable for all specialist contractors working under the clients contracts.
8.Accountable for BKG HSEQ process/procedures awareness and implementation
