Job Description

HR Advisor required for MEP Contractor, will be managing all facets of HR with support from regional colleagues.


Desired Candidate Profile

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Experience of working for a Construction / Civil / MEP Contractor in the capacity of HR Advisor / Generalist for at least 3 years
• Total experience in HR, minimum of 5 years
• Manpower Planning
• Employee relations (disciplinary and grievances)
• HR Reports

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resourcing:
• Working with Project Management Teams and identifying staffing requirements
• Sourcing cv’s, arranging interviews, and selecting appropriate candidates
• Issuing Job Offers, and managing through the joining process
• Ensure all recruitment activities are followed in accordance with HR policies and procedures
• Monitoring employees with the Line Manager through the probationary period
• Ensuring employees are recruited within the defined grading structure


Employee Relations:
• Carrying all HR activities in compliance with the local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Being the first point of call for any Grievances being raised by Employees
• Support Employees through the Grievance Process
• Supporting Line Managers with any Disciplinaries or Performance related issues
• Drafting and issuing of Warning Letters
